At 2:55 p.m. an officer met with a student in reference to a theft by fraud complaint. At the time, the student said about $1,350 in purchases had been made without his consent via his debit card.

The student said these transactions had been cancelled, so he had not lost any money, and he had also cancelled the card. The charges to the debit card included purchases from Netflix, Vancouver, Wash. and QVC Shopping Network. After calling in a complaint to QVC, the student said he received a name and e-mail address of the alleged person charging his debit card.

The officer had the student log into his bank account so he could see his transaction history, but the information had been removed.
