An officer was contacted by a member of the student patrol at 1:10 a.m. about a man and a woman sitting in a vehicle. The patrol member said the man was in the passenger seat and had lit a cigarette lighter about 10 times with the door open. The officer made his way to the vehicle and identified the people. The man said he was using his lighter to change a fuse. The fuse panel was located on the passenger side, and the door had to be open to access it, he said. The officer found no evidence that suggested illegal activity had occurred and left the scene.
