What that smell like?

At 9:16 p.m., two officers responded to an incident in Putnam Hall where a resident assistant reported the smell of marijuana.
The RA told the officers that tenants of a room on the second floor could smell the odor coming in through their window. After checking the room, the RA said she could see people standing outside the window, but that she couldn't tell if they were smoking. The RA then checked the first and third rooms to see if that's where the odor was coming from, but didn't detect anything. The officers continued to investigate without further success.
