Smashed glass

While going through Towers Hall parking lot at 12:09 a.m., an officer noticed a broken car window. Upon further examination, the officer then noticed the rear window was also broken.
It appeared the owner was already aware of the damage because a car cover was placed over the broken glass in the back seat. The officer discovered who owned the car and contacted that person by phone. The officer left a message, but did not hear back.
