Suspicious aroma

At 8:42 p.m. an officer was sent out to a drug case in Putnam Lot. He had been informed that an RA could smell the odor of marijuana coming from the lot, but he didn't know where it was coming from.
After arriving on the scene, the officer got out of his car and began to investigate. When he walked the area, he couldn't detect the odor of marijuana anywhere. Checking vehicles in the area and walking through Putnam Park, the officer couldn't locate any possible suspects.
