A woman was walking up the Garfield Avenue hill Wednesday night when she smelled the odor of burnt marijuana. The woman contacted the University police and said she smelled marijuana and heard voices coming from behind a building at the top of the hill. Upon arriving at the scene, the officers found no one in the area. The officers did, however, find the remnants of two hand-rolled marijuana cigarettes on the ground.
