At 1:17 a.m., an officer was dispatched to Governors Hall for a possible detox. The officer met with the R.A. and then went to a room where they found a woman lying on the top bunk.
After tapping the women's leg and arm, she woke up and was asked a series of questions by the officer.
Through slurred speech, the woman correctly answered the date, day of the week and her room number. She told the officer she only had four or five drinks.
The officer asked her to spell her last name and she did so correctly. She then took a Preliminary Breath Test and registered a .27.
Due to the ability to answer questions correctly, the officer felt she did not need detox and issued her a citation for underage drinking, first offense.

At midnight, an officer saw a vehicle parked on the southwest corner of Towers Lot with its lights on and engine running. The vehicle was not parked by any others and had two passengers in it.
The officer stopped and spoke with the driver who appeared to be upset and directed him out of the vehicle and spoke with him.
The driver said he and the passenger had just broken up and he was worried about his ex-girlfriend because she was depressed.
The passenger said they had broken up but said she was fine. The officer noted the woman didn't appear to be upset like the driver had been. He told them they weren't doing anything illegal, but advised them to go home and get some sleep.
The officer drove through the lot 20 minutes later and the vehicle was gone.
