Third time's the charm
Sunday, Jan. 25

At 12:54 a.m., an officer came to Towers Hall to investigate a sick woman. She told the officer she was feeling dizzy and had vomited several times. She said she had six drinks and a shot in a short period of time.

The woman registered a .15 on a Preliminary Breath Test. The RA on duty was concerned that someone had dropped something in the woman's drink. The woman was asked if she needed an ambulance, but she declined. The officer noted she was walking and answering questions without difficulty and ruled that it was not a detox situation.

Later that night the hall director asked the officer to check in on the woman. Once again the officer asked the woman if she needed an ambulance and she declined.

At 2:27 a.m., the woman called an ambulance and another officer arrived to assist.
