At 2:36 a.m., an officer noticed a vehicle parked in front of Putnam Hall. The officer noted the vehicle had been parked there for more than an hour with two people in it. The officer drove past the vehicle several times and noticed that the driver was a male and the passenger had a hood up over her head. The officer was unable to tell what exactly they were doing, so the officer made contact with the two in the vehicle. Both people were identified, one by Wisc. driver's license, the other by a student Blugold ID. The officer explained that they were legally parked, but thought it was suspicious that they had been sitting in the car for more than an hour without exiting the vehicle, unable to tell what they were doing. The man said that the two were just "chatting." The officer thanked them for their cooperation and left the scene.
