"Paleoenvironmental Reconstruction of Human Impacts on Ancient Coastal Environments: Alexander's Causeway, Clazomenae, Turkey" will be presented by Jill Krezoski, McMaster University School of Geography and Earth Sciences. • 6 and 8:30 p.m. Campus Film - "Little Miss Sunshine." Steve Carell stars in the misadventures of getting 7-year-old Olive Hoover to the Little Miss Sunshine pageant while facing setbacks, heartbreaks and an unreliable Volkswagen bus. Tickets are available at the Service Center and at the door. Davies Theatre.
• 7:30 to 9 p.m. The Perspective of Chinese Art at Sichuan Fine Arts Institute. An exhibition of works by the Sichuan art faculty responding to the trend of contemporary art based on specific culture backgrounds. Opening reception. Free. Foster Gallery, Haas Fine Arts Center.
