Student Senate will hold a special election Wednesday for students to re-evaluate UW-Eau Claire's membership to the United Council of UW Students.
The referendum question asks students whether they wish to continue being a part of United Council.
United Council is a state-wide lobbying organization designed to represent the interests of UW students at the legislative level.
The group is funded through a special $2 fee included in students' bill each semester.
All students have the option of getting a refund and may do so by contacting the Student Senate office.
Students are encouraged to vote from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in Davies Center.
