Senate votes to make fourth offense drunk driving a felonyPosted 2:40 a.m. 11-8-09 The Wisconsin State Senate voted unanimously Thursday in favor of a change to the state's drunk driving laws. Under the new law more drivers will have to install ignition interlock devices into their cars and some fourth drunk driving offences will become felonies. |
