The RA told the officers that tenants of a room on the second floor could smell the odor coming in through their window. After checking the room, the RA said she could see people standing outside the window, but that she couldn't tell if they were smoking. Abort MissionFriday, Sept. 11 Around 8:05 a.m., a university police officer was driving up the Garfield Avenue hill when he saw people pointing to the top of the hill. At the top of the hill, the officer spotted a group carrying a bucket duck behind a fence. When approached, the group told the officer they were planning a water-balloon ambush on their friends. Smashed glassWhile going through Towers Hall parking lot at 12:09 a.m., an officer noticed a broken car window. Upon further examination, the officer then noticed the rear window was also broken. It appeared the owner was already aware of the damage because a car cover was placed over the broken glass in the back seat. |
