Eau Claire holds fashion show for Breast Cancer Awareness month

With October being Breast Cancer Awareness month, organizations nationwide will be holding fund-raising events, but the masterminds behind one Eau Claire fund-raising event are hoping to do more than just raise money. They hope to fight breast cancer in style - literally.

'Little' goes a long way

There are numerous points throughout "Little Children" in which the affair between Kate Winslet's Sarah Pierce and Patrick Wilson's Brad Adamson is threatened to be discovered. In these scattered moments, it is clearly visible that the film has accomplished a lot in making the audience sympathetic towards the two main characters and is essentially rooting for something society deems as wrong to succeed.

Chicken Unlimited: 1410 South Hastings Way

If a chicken crossed South Hastings Way, it most likely went over on that side of the road to go to Chicken Unlimited. I remember as a freshman driving past Chicken Unlimited thinking, "what the heck is that place?" I'm not kidding when I say I thought initially that it was a grocery store mainly focused on selling chicken.
