Studies promote health benefits, others skeptical

Sex can fight the cold and flu, lengthen one's life by promoting heart health and control cholesterol levels, provide weight loss and overall fitness, fight depression and ease joint, muscle and menstrual pain, according to a study conducted by Queens University in Belfast.
